Pricing

Our tour pricing includes all bike hire, fuel, meals and accomodation en-route, a support vehicle and 2 tour guides. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full amount is payable 7 days before the tour commences.

Deposit

To confirm your booking, a deposit equal to 20% of your booking fee must be paid. This deposit is non-refundable, but if you have to postpone your tour, it will be credited to future tours provided the tour is booked within the following 12 month period.

Final Payment

The balance of the full amount (plus a security bond) must be paid 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour. If, you need to cancel once you have paid the final balance, the amount is non-refundable, but will be held in credit for a future tour provided it is booked within the following 12 months.

Security Bond

A security bond is payable ^[2] 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour (along with the outstanding balance of the tour cost). This bond, is to cover any damage that may occur to the motorcycle you hire while on tour. Should there be no damage to the motorcycle, then this amount will be refunded in full within 7 days of the end of the tour. If the motorcycle is damaged, we will make the necessary repairs and refund the remaining balance of the security bond.
